Description

Fingertip mod for Logitech G103/203, inspired by OptimumTech's Zeromouse.
Changed some things to allow usage of side buttons, scroll wheel and clamp for strain relief.

Total weight is around 40g with PLA.
35g for side-buttonless version (desoldered side buttons, LEDs, DPI button.

Update : 11/11/24 - V2 with side buttons
- Made a new version of V2 with support for side buttons, stock skates and stock screws, while retaining mechanical improvements (better ergonomics, stiffness, etc.)

Update : 18/9/24 - V2
- Removed side buttons on PCB, since I don't use them
- Have provided CAD file if anyone wants to change things. (use stock screws, side buttons,etc)..

Mouse buttons :

  • Less aggressive comfort grooves (flatter)
  • Dovetail for better mechanical positioning
  • Slanted rightside like Zowie EC ergo

Bottom shell

  • Contact points angled inward, comfort grooves, uses PCB as brace for increased stiffness (at the cost of no side buttons).
  • Wider screw hole to use with brass M1.4 heat thread insert
  • Angled strain relief upwards 30° to reduce cable drag
  • Better fitting sensor relief

INSTALLATION :
1) Cut the middle bridge part between the mouse clicks, as shown in the picture (red part). Cut it flush with the yellow face on both sides. That was done so the model is easier to print.
2) Screw in the original side button triggers.
*(2.a. Install the M1.4 brass heat set thread insert into screw holes of bottom shell).
3) Screw in PCB (with scroll wheel attached) using original screws.
4) Screw in mouse buttons using screws from original shell or *(M1.4 screws if using side buttonless version).

*Only applicable to side-buttonless version..

I sanded the bottom to remove warping and the contact points for better grip.
V2 with side buttons has space for stock skates, V2 uses 6.5mm dot skates (I use the Aliexpress dots)
