The hinge is made using a piece of 1.75mm filament. (It might need drilling out. If you do not have a long 1.7, 1.75, or 1.8 mm drill, get one. It is a lifesaver and can also unclog printheads.)

I used ABS, which is oil-, gasoline-, and temperature-resistant.

It prints without supports - refer to the image (Lid upside down, box on the lower part.)
