Description
Cleaning brush for the PARKSIDE PMBA 20-Li A1 battery bandsaw. Solution inspired by a similar mechanism in Milwaukee bandsaws.
Print the drilling and cutting template. Align your brush with the template, drill 2mm holes (but not all the way through, to avoid damaging the bristles), and shorten the brush to match the length of the template. You will need three M2.5x6mm BHCS screws to attach the brush. Trim the bristles so that the brush fits into the saw.
An M5x16mm FHCS screw is used to fasten the entire assembly.
TODO: Second brush for the second wheel (interestingly, Milwaukee saws only use one brush, on the drive wheel).
