Print Directions | PETG material recommended. More perimeters is better. print upside down on the print bed. 
Assembly Instructions | use a 25mm (1”) webbing “lashing strap” with a cam-lock style buckle for best results, often sold for cargo tie-down. You can also buy the nylon 1" webbing and “Ancra” buckles directly from Quest Outfitters and sew your own. Avoid “ladder lock” buckles, like you have on a backpack strap, for this application. They don't get tight enough and they slip over time. 

Strap tightly to your cooler. A couple little loops of cord at the handles will hold the strap near the top of the cooler, too.

Rev 2V02.3 posted 2025-07-21: Corrected a minor cosmetic flaw - radius on one of the fins that contacts to cooler got dropped from the model. Also increased the resolution of the model to eliminate faceting of the tubes, larger file but nicer looking print. Otherwise geometry is the same.
