cap for spicy3d extendable ts10 diffuser, modified for other slicers

Cap from @gergthewerg had some open mesh points and had a big hole in bambu slicer. Recreated the cap so that it can be sliced in there.

Glue required.

Also be smarter than me and try to print it in translucent materials!
