Miyoo A30 Lanyard Loop Mod (LED Shroud Cover)

Mod that replaces the LED cover of the Miyoo A30 so you can attach a lanyard strap to the device. Is really strong, I haven't had any issues with mine!

Use this teardown video and go to the point at which you remove the front off the device, there you can take out the LED cover and replace it with this one.

Printed in VoxelPLA Translucent PETG. Translucent material is important so you can still see the status LED through the loop, but isn't mandatory. You can try a resin print, but it may not be strong enough long term.

This is a bit of a hard print, and may require a couple of retries, but is a perfect fit once the process is perfected.

 Print Settings

• The bottom of the print should be the flat side of the loop, and will be printable without supports.
• Layer Height - 0.08 mm (the smallest layers heights and highest quality setting you can find)
• Nozzle Size - 0.4mm (0.2 gets better results, but 0.4 mm works)
• Turn off part cooling and increase the print bed temperature to ensure the small part sticks to the bed well. Make sure your built plate is clean, this is printable without a brim if you have enough bed adhesion.
