Description
Simple mount to attach and align a G3 Instant on top of ifast to look thru the top cover.
Camera attached using a ¼'-20x½' pan head screw. I stuck down the mount with 4 Velcro dots but double stick tape would also work.
I followed this guide on reddit (imgur mirror) to open the camera and adjust the focus.
I also painted the front shell of the camera with 2 coats of plasti-dip to reduce the amount of reflection when looking thru the clear lid.
No supports needed.
DXF and IGES included for modification.
