Better hinges for enXLosure Removable Door

The removable doors for the EnXLosure by @JFet are an excellent idea.  But, by sticking with the standard hinges, the doors only open to about 155°.  

These improved hinges have a minor change that avoids the binding on the front beam allowing the doors to open to a full 195°.  They are also stonger and allow longer M4 bolts to be used (M4x40 or 45).  I also think they look better as the end of the bolt doesn't show out the top.
