Upgraded Output Shaft for The 4 Speed "Constant Mesh" Manual Transmission

This was my favorite manual trans that I could find online, to 3D print. But it isn't the smoothest. The crank was just a square, so the clutches rotate with it. Bu t the round holes for the output gears, through a square peg, made it rough. I made a round crank, with a flat section. Now it keys into the clutches, but lets the gears spin freely.

I didn't have the ability to make things in CAD, until more recently. So I took a crack at making my adjustments and it turned out great.

I'd suggest .16mm layer height on all the files. But the shaft, I went with 3 walls and 30% infill.

Everything in the picture that is YELLOW, are the parts that I made changes. 

If you already printed the transmission out, I made a file with the whole set of parts. If you are printing it out for the first time, there are separate STLs to add to the O.G. files.

Just replace the (fan) output shaft.stl,    fan.stl,    clutch qty4.stl.  You need 4 Clutches!
