Description

The NAShole case is a 6-bay ITX case designed for printing on the Bambu A1 printer or similar-sized printers. It also accommodates a single-slot PCIe card, such as a SATA to UEFI adapter or a NAS card.

Features:
The Nashole case is fully 3d printable, only requiring seven separate parts.

Capacity for up to six 3.5" hard drives and one 2.5" solid state drive.
 

 

Requirements for assembly:

1x Mini ITX motherboard (Plus Processor and Ram of your choice)

1x SFX PSU (Power supply)

6x: 3.5" HDDs.

1x: 2.5" SDD or nvme if your motherboard supports it.

1 or 2: 120mm fan (You don't have to use a noctua, but it is nice.)

1x: 6 in 1 sata power

6x: sata cables

M3x8mm 10.9 Carbon Steel Countersunk Head Hex Socket Screws

(These three use the same set of parts. Just buy one.)

4x: m3 6+4 motherboard standoffs

4 – 8x: m5*10 fan screws

4x: m3 5*5 case screws for power supply.

[Optional] Only get this if your motherboard does not have seven sata ports.

1x: Six port PCIE sata card.

 

 

[ Printing Instructions]

  • The parts “front_pt1 and front_pt2” need to be loaded into your slicer at the same time. 
    When the slicer opens, it will ask if you would like to “Load these objects as a single object with multiple parts” Click “yes”
    Click the “Objects” button (it's beside the “Process” button.)
    Click   the “Part Studio 1 - Front_pt2” button.
    Navigate to “Strength” 
    Set the Top Shell Layers to 0
    Set the Bottom Shell Layers to 0
    Change the Sparce infill pattern to Rectilinear (Or whatever you would like really)
    Set the Infill Percentage to whatever you would like. (I used 15%)
    Slice
     
  • For the other parts:
    Ensure that tree supports are set to auto for both the “Fan_Box” and the “Main Body”
  •  Print with petg or better.
