Sunlu S4 Heat Deflector

V3 added to make it 3.5 inches wide for my wider spool.  Also moved the feet toward the middle (Away from edges) so larger spools can fit.  I will likely remove versions 1 and 2 after I print V3 and like it.

I remixed(Fusion 360) using "Sunlu FilaDryer S4 Small Spool Adapter" feet for dimensions.  I added the curved tray that fit the spools I currently have.  Spool dimension was set between 7.75 and 8" to get the arc degree.  It is actually a tighter fit than probably necessary but I didn't feel like redoing it and reprinting before I test it.

I expect it will help prevent Filament overheating and fusing that has been reported by some users of the Sunlu S4.

I will print it in ASA for heat tolerance.  
I did enable slim tree supports for the feet in the air.
