Polaris Xpedition Floor Plug with Key

Wanted a floor plug to replace the OEM one that lets dust in.  This is a low profile plug that is solid to greatly reduce the amount of dust that can get in.  The square block is a key for installing/removing the plugs and can be put on your keychain so you always have it with you.  They can also be installed/removed with a large screwdriver.  The ‘mud’ plug has a wider slot to allow easy cleanout with the key.

Can be printed in PLA, but I printed them in PETG to give them a little more resistance to the heat that builds up under the floor of these machines.

Print with the ‘key hole’ facing down.  Supports will be needed under the tabs that lock the plugs into the floor.  Most modern printers can bridge the bottom of the ‘key hole’ without needing support there.  I printed these on an X1C with 4 walls, 15% Gyroid Infill using Bambu PETG HF and they are super tough.
