Small Toolbox/Organizer

A small remixed version of @SaschaUncia's Parts and Crafts Organizer Box that fits on smaller print beds like the Prusa Mini+. My son needed a box to keep his components for Arduino tinkering separated/organized and it seemed like an opportunity for a remix.

I chose to extend the grids up to meet the lid so that only one type of lid (blank) would need to be created. The operation of the lid is not hindered in any way by the extended grids.

Multiple files are included for the different base configurations. I've also included a STEP file with a blank configuration if you want to further customize grid patterns/sizing.

The TPU gasket can be used to help make the contents more water-resistant for any outdoor/rugged uses.

Suggested Print Settings

• PETG or PLA (PETG pictured)
• TPU for the optional gasket
• 0.20mm layer heights
• Infill 50%+
• 3 Perimeter minimum
• Support on build plate only (optional - may benefit the bridge on the base latch area)
• Print the hinge on its side for the best operation and rigidity

• (2) M3 x 40 with nuts (lid hinge)
• (1) M3 x 35 with nut (latch hinge)
