Drawer Pull Set with Install Jig. 

Two different spacings be sure to check which you need. The pull fits on a small shelf holder that pins into the hanger. The hanger has a slot so you can see your center mark on the drawer at the top. 
Just mark center at the top of the drawer face then adjust your height. Snap the holder and hanger together. You can use a self-centering drill bit and pilot a hole. Then screw in. 

These drawer pulls are made to fit a specific purpose I had and the generally available hardware and install jigs didn't work.
