Print shown has black for the base section, yellow for the inner “face”, and white for each inner eye.  

This was a bit sloppily designed - you may need to sand down the outer and inner edges of the eyes and inner face sections so they fit inside the base.

Or you can just print the base and use paint for the inner eyes and inner face.  I printed all these parts at 0.2mm thickness.
