OpenSCAD eXtra Fine Metric thread library addition

I use Gilles Bouissac's library for almost all my mechanical designs, but for closing lids of small boxes etc. I needed large diameter threads with smaller pitch than offered by the original fine metric thread modules, that generally featured the coarsest of the fine metric threads. 

I thus converted the original Fine Metric series modules to eXtraFine metric thread series. For small diameters, up to say M10 there will not be much difference because there is not much choice on smaller pitch anyway. 

It is a complete copy of the ‘Fine Metric’ addons with amended names so the MXXF set can be used alongside the original sets.

Installation: Copy the files along the originals in the agentscad sub-folder in the library folder. 

IMPORTANT NOTE:  This is an addon to the original library. You will need to install the original library, see URL above, also.
