Stackable Boxes 8 v2 Hinged Lids

This is the version 2 of my stackable box (SB) system. In order to use the lids, hinged lids and dividers with the stackable boxes, you will need this version 2 system, as they will not fit on the version 1 system.

These hinged box lids come in various widths: 2 inches (50mm) / 4 inches (100mm) / 6 inches (150mm) and 8 inches (200mm).

There is an optional Hole Closure (HC) that fits on top of the hinged lid towards the back of the box. The hinged lids need clearance for the hinges and therefore, there is a gap at the back of the lid - The hole cover hides this hole. PLEASE NOTE: If you are stacking these boxes, you only need one of these covers for the top box, as the boxes put on top will hide the hole naturally.

There are also 3 types available:
Standard (S) - 2" (50mm), 4" (100mm), 6" (150mm), 8" (200mm) widths
Nameplate (NP2) 0.5"x2" (13mmx50mm) - 2" (50mm), 4" (100mm), 6" (150mm), 8" (200mm) widths
Nameplate (NP4) 0.5"x4" (13mmx100mm) - 4" (100mm), 6" (150mm), 8" (200mm) widths

The boxes are still stackable with lids attached on the same size box (For example: a 2" will not stack on a 4" - But: a 2" will stack on a 2", a 4" on a 4", a 6" on a 6" and an 8" on an 8" Please Note: The depths have to be the same too - use the colour matching below).

The boxes / lids / hinged lids and dividers are colour coded - Green for 2" depth / Red for 4" depth / Yellow for 6" Depth and Blue for 8" Depth.

PLEASE NOTE: The lids are ONLY for use on the standard boxes. They will not fit boxes with nameplates. If you need nameplates, then print a lid with a nameplate and put it on a standard box. I may design some alternative lids for use on nameplate boxes for those that want them.

I printed these on my Creality CR-6 SE printer with Cura slicer 5.7.2 (Other printers/slicers can be used).
