Description
I love the Kalita Wave 155 dripper for pour-over coffee, but I want to use commonly available basket filters, like these for instance. This little tool will re-shape a larger filter to fit correctly inside the dripper.Â
Print directions | Any material will do, I used PETG. No supports required. Large layers are fine, too.Â
Use | Designed for the stainless version of the dripper, also works with the glass version as well. You may need to slightly scale down for the glass version, depending on the fit.Â
Start with an 8" standard coffee basket filter. Turn it upside-down, centered on top of a dry dripper. Push the crimper tool into the filter to shape it and push it into the dripper. Press the edges of the filter down around the outside of the dripper. Remove the crimper too before putting your coffee or hot water in.Â
Enjoy!
