Description
Original model with channel to pass the paracord ends though so you can melt knobs/flats on the end to lock into place which I trust more than glue.
Here's the channel I cut away:
Instructions:
Push paracord through the holes (ream out with 9/64th drill if needed) and/or use my paracord whipping model (3.2mm version of https://www.printables.com/model/926284-paracord-melting-whipping-form-melt-neat-and-clean ) to get a nice neat end. Pull slack into center like:
Then with a lighter melt the ends to a nice glob and/or flatten with a bit of metal like the side of a long lighter
Then pull the loop out to lock the ends into place. I pulled on the loop as hard as I could to make sure of the security.
