The brackets are simply a mirror image of each other, the 3MF files already have a mirror image on the plate, otherwise simply clone and mirror the STL in your preferred slicer. 

The brackets have a small chamfer on the edges so lower layer heights will work better, but are not imperative. 

The Flisat brackets have a small dimple for a retention clip (pictured as the white part in the rendered image) however I am not yet happy with the design and the brackets don't really move so they aren't absolutely needed.
 

If you don't have an original Mala paper roll holder, you could use a 482mm length of 15mm dowel and print your own cutter, sdgsean has modeled a printable one: https://www.printables.com/model/314404-ikea-mala-paper-roll - however I have not tested it with this design and am not sure if it's designed to be dimensionally the same.
