Pixel 9 Pro XL Minimal Phone Case

This is the final version of my “initial draft” i made the first day i got the phone. I wanted to use it for a week before publishing, and so far it's great. NO issues with it feeling loose after a week or uncomfortable in the hand. Buttons are marginally harder to press and haven't been any issue for me

I surrounded all ports and fixed the charging port area, no more large bridging sections. Made the base smaller. Gave the Camera Bezel a bevel to prevent glare, so you don't have to sand it down and/or color it black if you printed in a bright or reflective color

RECOMEND; =/>0.12mm layer height at the top for best overhangs and +/<0.16mm for bridging. *mouse ears for bed adhesion with ABS worked for me

I've printed it in PETG at 100% and ABS+ at 100.25% @0.12mm layer height or 0.16mm layer height for better bridging with Variable Layer Height for the bottom and especially top inner overhang. I kept the ABS+ printed parts on mostly for the color, i preferred the opaque white of the ABS). My guess is ASA would perform best, but i ran out of it.

Snaps on rather snug for best fit, so to get it on you have to roll on the last edge. Same with the Camera Bezel
