Summary
This is my Latest and most updated Sauna Ladle & Bucket / Saunakauha.
This design has been tested and proven in both electric and wood burning saunas. I have tested different variants of the design in many different high temp materials and have found the best and most common material to 3d print this, is from ABS or PET-CF or PET-GF. Other materials do not last long term. So, I only recommend printing this out of a good quality ABS / PET-CF / PET-CF filament. Filament that contains Carbon Fiber or Glass Fill will feel hotter to the touch vs plain ABS, but when kept in the water bucket will stay cool.
There are 7 sizes of the ladle which allow printing on any size 3D printer or user preference.

- 283mm (Prusa MK4 and bigger)
- 315mm (A1, P1, X1 and bigger)
- 320mm (A1, P1, X1 and bigger)
- 358mm (300mm x 300mm Build plate and bigger)
- 418mm (XL Printer Required)
The Sauna Bucket is split into two parts that print as one unit. This way the bucket body can be adjusted to less infill while the handle section can increase infill % for strength.
- Use a One Gallon (9" W x 4.75" H) Sauna Bucket Liner insert
I recommend Paramount's ABS "Military Khaki" Filament. Below are the links to Paramount's website and also a link to their Amazon page.
For PET-GF filament, I recommend Phaetus brand, as they offer different colors,

FYI, Sauna Ladle (320mm version) with Bucket in picture is printed with Phaetus PET-GF Beige Color filament. Both printed on an A1.
