Swisspers Cotton Rounds Wall Dispenser

This is a wall-mounted Cotton Rounds dispenser. The design was done referencing the Swisspers brand of Cotton Rounds but may work for others. 

Wall mount fastener holes are sized for #6 pan head screws, so any drywall anchor or wood screw using that size fastener will work. 

The slots in front allow view of rounds and access with finger if the stack needs to be pushed down. Pull each round from the bottom.

Print File is sliced for the Prusa XL with the dispenser standing vertically. uses a 10mm brim but no supports needed. Prints in about 12 hours.

The sliced file is ideal for the “silk” shiny type filaments like this on Amazon. These materials tend to not print well with high speed printing (i.e. Input Shaper).

Sliced with the following parameters

• 0.2mm layer height
• 0.4 nozzle
• First layer: 60°C bed, 230°C
• Other Layers: 60°C bed, 230°C
• 4 perimeters; provided solid perimeter wall and reduced print time by eliminating infill moves
• Seem Position: Rear  

Native SolidWorks 2023 part file, STL, and STEP included; can split into smaller pieces for smaller printers.
