All Might pet tag or keychain/charm. Best printed in something sturdy like PETG for outside use and durability, but PLA will do okay-ish for an indoor pet. The loop might wear out pretty quickly, however.

I printed with five walls to make sure it had the greatest durability possible, and you might as well, too, since the whole thing is less than 2 grams of plastic. That doesn't leave much room for infill, so it won't make much difference how much you use.

You would get better detail printing vertically, but this needs to print flat on the build plate because you do not want the layer lines in the loop going the same direction as the forces that will be exerted upon it.
