Leveler 4 Caffettiera Alessi, Bialetti, Cilio, ...

I designed this leveler to achieve consistent results.

The leveler is able to distribute the ground coffee evenly in the sieve without compressing it. Simply turn the leveler clockwise.

If you put in too much coffee inside the sieve, you are able to remoove the superfluous amount by turning the leveler anti clocwise. Then empty the leveler and repeat this process if necessary.

If you did everything properly it will be fast and avoid any mess.

If you dont have one of the listet caffettieras you may post the dimensions (in mm) of your device in the comments. Then I need the inner diameter of the sieve and the outer diameter of the thread (bottom Part of the device).

Disclaimer: Check if the sieve isn´t above the level of the bottom partf. If this is the case my leveler will not work, because it twists the sieve and not the ground coffee. I solved this problem by grinding the top part of the sieve down until it was below the level of the bottom Part of the caffettiera. Be aware that if you grind the sieve too far you might need to replace it!
