Description
Had to make some spacers in order to hang my new neon logo in the office, and i came up with this version.
These are conical and fit snug to each other enough to sustain medium loads with no problem. The female part has a hole for wall plug mounts/screws , if needed, and the male is previewed to be stuck with glue to the detail to be hanged.
The parts of the spacer fit to each other with surprisingly (to me at least :) ) satisfactory (again IMO ) clicks due to the layer lines, and this also helps for the strong fit of the spacer once locked in place.
Printed the smallest version (D10L10) for this logo, then i did the other iterations in size to have variety for future projects.
The sizes:
Printed at 0.2mm layer height with 0.4mm nozzle.
Have fun printing!
