Description
I was in need of some handles at work for fixtures we use and couldn't find one I liked, So I made one. These are very heavy duty for what they are. I consistently lift ~20-30 lbs with a set of these daily, and have been doing so for months now. They hold up very well.
I have printed a few in PETG, but I mostly use Tough PLA and usually make these at the end of filament rolls, hence why some of the pictures have random colors mixed in.
There are 2 versions of the bracket, a 3 hole and a 6 hole.
Prints well with no supports, and to be safe I usually go with at least 4 walls. I also alternate an extra wall. At least 25% infill as well to be safe. Probably overkill, but oh well. :)
The bolts are ¼"-20 threads x 1 ¼" long and fit perfect with either a standard nut or a lock nut.

EDIT: 11/4/2024 - Added a slightly slimmer version at .8in that has 3 holes and still accepts the same hardware. So far it seems to be just as strong as the bigger ones.
Cheers and thanks for looking!
