Fender Prusa Enclosure LED FILTER HUB

This is a cool Fender for the Prusa Enclosure. It includes the LED-FILTER-Hub in the Left fender-part. 

PLEASE NOTE: I modified the angles of the fenders. so please use all parts of my Model to have a good result. Otherwise you have edges and gaps.

You need 6 heating inserts. Two for each Fender and two for the center part.

Printing Notes:

Please use my orientation in the files. Support for the center part is neccesary! Support for the Right part is optional. The orientation of the parts is correct when you put it in your slicer. The surface on the print sheet ist the surface you will later see. Use a structural sheet for a good result.

Assembly the center:

• Take the flat LCD cover and put you LCD Display inside. (NO SCREWS!)
• Take the Fender center part and put the assembled LCD inside and fix it with 4 screws (M3 x about 8-10mm) Screw it carefuly and slow!

If the surface of the three components is on different heights, the soldering inserts may be slanted. You can simply put something between the printed part and the housing to adjust the height.

For the MK4S there are two different types of the Flat LCD cover from the owner. R2 and R3. The right cover depents on your LCD Version (you can find it on the LCD). In his files there are a little file to print with two small parts, to find out which version you need. In my case i have The LCD Version 29 and i use his R3 part.
