Description

50 mm diameter and 63 mm height for 1kg standard spool or for your sock drawer !

I created it basically to store my filament spools in the best way. I place the container inside spools to save space because I store my spools in waterproof food buckets (€8 each ! )

You will laugh but I thought I would invent something, but I was disappointed to discover that thousands of people have already had the idea of inserting a container of desiccant inside the coils…

NEW 30/09/24 two mesh versions :

  • standard mesh version design is for beads or particles of 3mm minimum
  • small mesh version design is for beads or particles of 1.2 mm minimum

Instructions 

  • Don't printing the outer perimeter in first because this can cause the threads to fail
  • 0.2 mm layer height is perfect
  • small mesh version is is more difficult to print, small details may cause strings
