Description
I stopped uploading and updating my models here at Printables!
My actual models can be found on my MakerWorld profile – with print profiles.
Take care to use the newest models …
The hour and minute hands are two complex assemblies of straight lines. The lines converge to a point that represents the location of the hand. So it looks like chaos but it isn't. It's quite easy to read.
This model is designed to work with the Bambu Components Kit 011, but also works with other clockworks of 58x58mm. The inner diameter of the hour and minute hands are 5.2mm and 3.3mm.
Use 100% infill for the hands
Print them very slow. I used 50mm/s,
You need a very good bed adhesion! So use glue or something similar, I used Nano Polymer Adhesive.
Let the build plate completely (!) cool down before removing the parts!
The face plate doesn't need any special settings.
I added a .3mf file with my settings.
PLA works fine. No support needed.
Press the hour and minute hands in position of 12 o'clock. Take care that both are parallel. Otherwise they will get stuck.
From now on keep the clock always upright. Insert the battery and set the time with the wheel of the clockwork on the back side.
