Description
This is a replacement part I modeled myself for the CRKT CEO Flipper. Which fixes the main issue I had with it, that the bottom metal plate that holds the clip is extremely sharp and digs into your hand. I also found the handle just slightly too short to be perfectly comfortable, so there is a model that fixes that at the same time.
Currently there are three different versions (and perhaps one that reincorporates the clip at some point). One which is only slightly longer than the stock part (minus the clip), just to give it smoother edges. And the second size which is shown in this video is the longer one, which extends the base by about 11mm while also rounding out the end for a more comfortable grip. (closeups below) The newest model makes the extended handle version fit slightly more flush with the printed scales by @RileyEnginerd_83070 (THANK YOU!)
If you end up printing those and have trouble screwing the bottom on, or getting it lined up, sand the bottom of the thinner half a hair, its not visible sanded anyways.
These end parts might also work on the other style of knife with minimum modifications. I cant really tell if they are identical from the pictures. Luckily for you I have included the fusion 360 project files so you can change the last extrusion length to anything you want!

I want this awesome fix to be as accessible as possible, it really makes this knife nearly perfect.
The most important print settings I used, at least for my P1S, included .16 layer height, changing the seam gap to 5% (from 10), which for using scarf joint is a MUST!!! (contour and hole) definitely use scarf joints they are so good now. absolutely ZERO seam. 3 walls 100% infill because Id rather have it be slightly more likely to survive a fall for a gram or two of filament. And I used arachne instead of classic.
