Cybertruck Tonneau Seal

 This seal profile clips onto the existing arrow shaped rib that runs underneath the roof bed top cap and folds onto the last tonneau slat when closed to channel any water to the outside bed drains.  Reduces the amount of driving rain or pressure washer water that enters the vault.  Photos have a partial piece installed to better show the cross-section and installation location.  

I recommend printing a short 2" section of seal, testing fitment, and VHB tape before printing the full length due to the time involved.  

Print a minimum of 64 inches length of the profile using Colorfabb Varioshore foaming TPU.  Trim off strings from oozing and cut to length as needed.

Apply ¼" 3M VHB strips and clean the roof bed top cap with Isopropyl where the tape will attach.  Fully seat the seal profile on the rib and the tape into the groove by using a putty knife or flat bladed screw driver in between the seal flap and rib profile.
