Design:

The base portion was designed for a Meade LX200 12” telescope mounted on a Meade X-Wedge and supported by a Meade Giant Field Tripod. The design can be adapted for other types of telescopes and mounts. The holes on the side of the base & laser mount are there to facilitate the use of set screws and finer alignment, etc.
