Description
Box-H 3D Printer made of threaded rod.
Made with threaded rod, do not need frame.
Just printed parts, bars, nuts and washers.
Strong printed parts and strong body.
Cheap, Simple, Elegant and FAST!

I learned a lot designing, printing and mounting the Prusa version.
This is the final version for the Box-H, it was revised.
What you need:
All the 3d printed parts(see the plates).
7x threaded rod 1 meter, diameter 8mm
. 4x for x frame 400mm
. 4x for y frame 400mm
. 4x for z frame 350mm
. 1x for z axis 310mm
6x linear rod, diameter 8mm
. 2x for x axis 340mm
. 2x for y axis 360mm
. 2x for z axis 310mm
2x pulley GT2, MXL or T2 15 teeth for 6mm belt with grub and screw.

1x 3m GT2 or MXL or T2 belt with 6mm width.
. 1x for x and y axes
10x bearing 8x22x7mm (608ZZ)
. 4x for x axis

. 1x for extruder
12x bearing 8x45x15mm (LM8UU)
. 4x for x axis

1x flexible shaft coupler 25x19x8mm from 5mm to 8mm

1x mk8 direct drive with grub and screw for 1.75 filament
1x hot end 12v for 3d printer

1x capacitive proximity sensor 12mm diameter 4mm distance for Bed Auto Leveling (BAL optional).
1x heated Bed PCB 12v 75w for 3D Printer, size 214mm x 214mm x ~2mm .
1x pane glass, size 200mm x 214mm x 2mm.
1x aluminum or wood plate size 220mm x 220mm or more to fix the bed.
2x metallic shelf brackets ~50x210x3mm.
2x metallic shelf bars ~10x10x~150mm.
4x step motor 12v nema 17 ~3.5 kgf/cm with 5mm x 20mm shaft.

1x power suply 12v ~20a - 300w recommended.
1x logic board, controller with motor drivers, (Example: Ramps+Mega, Sanguinololu, Rambo, etc).

1x spool filament 1.75 mm PLA, ABS or other
. Tip (Start with PLA it is easy to handle).
1x Power cable 2m 110v/220v with ground.
1x USB cable 2m(computer/printer).
Lots of 3mm diameter from 15mm to ~40mm height screws for (motors, hotend and bed).
Lots of 4mm diameter from 20mm to ~50mm height screws for (all 3d printer parts).
Lots of washers and nuts.
