Description

I would like to show you my project, particularly for people having the same problem. I have a sink, which is hung from the bottom by four small bolts. In fear of breaking off the sink, using 3D printer and a few widely available parts, I decided to construct a lower support of the disposal (disposal is still hung from the top). You have to accurately adjust the height of a support, using upper bolts, in order to maintain the correct depreciation. There is depreciation made of fi-18 rubber tube (75 mm) and fi-12 (30mm) inserted into the first one in the lower part of a fixing.

Additional parts needed:

  1. M3 bolts with nuts (24mm or longer, washers optionally) – 24 pieces
  2. M12 bolts (length = distance from the lowest edge of a disposal to the surface where the lower part of the fixing will be + 15mm) – 3 pieces
  3. M12 nuts – 6 pieces
  4. M12 bolt washers – 3 pieces

How to do:
You have to print the following parts:
3x Part up 1-3.stl
3x Part down 1-3.stl
6x Parts connector 1-6.stl
Refine fi-3 printed holes by drilling them. Put everything together and adjust. You can also put rubber washer under a disposal. I used window gasket to do it.
Good luck !!!
