I haven't updated my firmware in a while, nor have I given the Thermistor Calculator any love in some time, so I wasn't aware that they'd changed it.

First of all, it doesn't really matter that they've split the thermistor tables into separate files. you can either create your own table and include it, but it might be easier to pick a thermistor table that you aren't likely to use, and define that as your thermistor table, and replace the table with your new values. make sure you change the commenting in the file to highlight the fact that you've changed the values and to clarify what thermistor the new values are based on.

Now, "the OV(number) " added to the table is a function defined in thermistortables.h as follows:

' #define OV(N) int16_t((N)*(OVERSAMPLENR))

So all this means, is that it multiplies the number inside the brackes by your oversampler number, i.e. 16. so it will take 16 measurements, add them together, and lookup that table in the thermistor table (i.e. it takes an average reading).
Like I said in my calculator spreadsheet, since the calculator includes that oversampling multiplier (it's set at 16 in the calculation), you can just delete the OV function from the table and replace it (and the values inside the OV brackets) with your values from the calculator. I suppose that if you ever decided to change your oversampling multiplier in the firmware (can't see why you would), your values would then be wrong. if you're really worried about that, and you'd like to maintain the OV function in your tables, just set the Over Sampler multiplier in the spreadsheet to 1, instead of 16.
