Tank Accessory Pack no 2: Americans

This pack contains a number of updates and add-ons for m_bergman's excellent 1/200 scale tanks (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:232248, http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:310476, and http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:539511). As with accessory pack 1, these are focused on printing at 1/100 scale with ease of printing (especially reduced support cleanup) and better detail. I've also added some goodies to allow printing of variant models as follows:

1. cckw (aka deuce and a half) truck - I converted the original design to include closed cab and covered bed, as I thought this was more the iconic version of the truck. I also split the bottom chassis out, so the two pieces print more easily, and the all of m_bergman chassis detail looks great. I also made separate wheels with tread detail.

2. Common parts - I separated out the .50 cal mg. This way the mg prints cleanly. I drill a small hole the bottom of the .50 cal and glue it to a post on the turret (sometimes I made the post out of plastic rod. I've also had some success using a pair of 1mm x 2mm magnets to hold the gun on. The commander figures are just a scaled down version of Thing 557037 available at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:557037

3. One and a half ton truck - I separated wheels and undercarriage as with the cckw

4. Jeep - separate body and detailed wheels. I also made a gun mount version for the .50 cal

5. m2a1 and m3a1 half tracks - Include separate detailed tracks and wheels

6. m4a1 - many combinations including open hatch "commander" version, as well as bocage cutter hulls for both 75 and 76mm. I also made a dd tank, but it should be considered experimental - I've printed the it and it works but it needs some cleanup. Note that there are some newer versions of the turrets where I've tapered the barrel;
   it looks good at 1/100 scale. Note all use the sherman tracks

7. m4a3 - combinations include 105mm and commander, and an Easy Eight hull with separated hvss tracks. Use the bergman 76mm turret for the easy eight.

8. m5a1 Stuart - This includes commander/non-commander, and bocage cutter hulls. I also thinned down the gun barrel in the turrets. This ended up one of the best-looking models in the bunch.

9. m7 Priest - I separated the hull and gun, to limit the amount of support material cleanup. Use the sherman tracks

10. m8 Armored Car - The greyhound. separate wheels with detail added, undercarriage split, thinned barrel.

11. M8 Scott HMC - Use the m5a1 tracks. I modified the gun barrel to be rounder and have a hint of a hollowed barrel

12. m10 Tank Destroyer - Separate hull and tracks, tapered rounded gun barrel.

13. m18 Hellcat - separate tracks, tapered barrel

14. m20 - I separated wheels and hull, and printed the gunner separate. Use the .50 cal mg
