This is a replacement battery cover for a OMRON Automatic Blood Pressure Monitor Model BP755-CD6, HEM-700-Z4CS, HEM-780N2 and possibly others. You can use the customizer to emboss the owner's name and contact information on the cover if desired or just print from the included STL for a generic battery cover.
