Recess plug for Greg's Wade Reloaded with automatic hotend alignment

Print is 1mm too tall. I'll fix it later.

I switched from a jhead to a stainless steel Prusa hotend, however the new hotend mounts to an aluminum plate that has a slight depression where the hotend doesn't quite screw in all the way.

I've taken the recess part from the Greg's Wade Reloaded extruder scad and added a little extruding ring to the recess plug to allow my plate to automatically center on the extruder.

The result is (hopefully) no more gap acting as a heat trap, and no more slightly offset hotend plate. The automatic alignment should help to reduce filament feeding resistance and make it faster to assemble the whole thing.
