Description
The original snap-fit design fits perfectly so I decided to modify it a bit to fit better for my printers. I used DesignSpark Mechanical to replicate the snap-fit part of the original .stl model. The design is in 3 parts for easy customization (see .rsdoc file or attached picture).
Printed without supports. The print needs a lot of cooling, and a bit slower print speed than normal and might require some post processing.
Z-offset of the print could be useful also if the first few layers don't adhere properly to the bed.
I also added another version with 10 mm shorter duct and thinner bottom to make it easier to print. It should fit with this better: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:147705
There are 2 versions for this; another one is rotated 180 degrees.
