Description
Designed for the Robo3D Plus. Not sure if it fits the older version. Not sure why it wouldn't.
I created fans that originally blew air on the tip of the extruder, but the fan was too strong, even a 30mm fan, that it cooled the tip too much and it stopped by prints. This design blows to the sides of the extruder tip and eliminates that issue.
The fans I'm using actually came with the Raspberry Pi cases I bought.
It does have a couple zip tie hoops to attach wire to.
There is a hole above where the fan attaches. This is if you want to add a thumbscrew to make sure your duct doesn't move.
I was going to add a place to attach the switch, but I wasn't sure how common the switch was that I have.
