Description
After some Kilometers of filament i always have the problem of moving with printed pulleys.
This thing stop's the moving, let you use your pulley longer and also minimizes the possibility of the belt's sawing your printer into pieces, if the pulleys begin to move within a long print.
The design is parametric, to get a fitting version you can increase the inner hole by a step value.
locker_series(outer_radius=7,radius=2.5,step=0.025,steps=4,distance=20);
To stay clear what size you have after printing, the top side of each stopper is marked by lines, standing for the variation count of the inner radius.
There is a borehole to fix it with a screw. this hole should be a little bit to small to get a good grip with the screw. You may have to widen it a little bit.
At the moment i am trying to find a good industrial replacement for The pulley's. I have a RepRapPro Mendel Tricolor if you know where to buy the perfect Pulleys, tell me.
