T4 legs, 17cm

I needed some longer legs for my T4 after adding the Tarot gimbal. This is a longer version of T4 Leg 7,5cm that gives you about 14.5cm ground clearance under the T4 body.
I tried Brendan's springy legs but they broke easily during hard landings (and also deformed a little on a hot day leaving not enough clearance for the gimbal - which was my fault).
I like the easy of using cable ties to attach the legs and borrowed that from T4 Leg 7,5cm and T4 Quadcopter mods.
I have provided the SCAD source, which can be adapted to longer or shorter legs. I'm still fairly new to designing things, so please have mercy when looking at the source ;)
