Diabloceratops eatoni is one of the oldest ceratopsian dinosaurs (think Triceratops.) This wild-looking creature hails from the Wahweap formation in Utah, making it one of a handful of horned dinosaurs found south of Montana - most are found in the Dakotas, Montana, and Alberta, Canada. When Diabloceratops was alive and well, North America was split into two landmasses, Laramidia and Appalachia, and a shallow sea known as the Western Interior Seaway covered most of today's midwest.
This was made in Blender and sculpted in Mudbox.
