Description
This is an old Viking game that I completely redesigned with my own graphics, game pieces, rule book and a handy box to store the game in. The plans are designed for 3mm MDF. This is a work in progress because I need to make some small changes to the design that will make the fit of the closing mechanism perfect. However, with some sanding here and there, the current files should do just fine. The hinge works perfectly without glue. The sides of the box and the playing pieces need to be glued.
As an alternative to the laser cut playing pieces, I created 3D printable pieces for people that have no access to a laser cutter. I also included the board separately. Just print the board on paper, print 24 knights, 12 vikings and 1 king. With an Ultimaker 1, it took 9 minutes per piece at 50mm/s and 20% infiill.
I am sure you will have lots of fun making and playing the game!
