Kossel Mini spool holder spindle adapter

This is an adapter so that I could use small spools such as those from Taulman on the geared bearing for the kossel spool mount from ChrisParish. This isn't necessary a remix of that but an additional part for it. Check the remix area to get his awesome mount.

I am still using ChrisParish's Kossel Mini spool holder which features Emmett's gear bearing.

So if you take my updated spindle, CreativeTools' centering cone, and ChrisParish's spool holder you end up with a very capable/interesting spool holder for a delta.

When you are using a standard 52mm spool you don't need my spindle. When you use a smaller spool such as a 50mm or an odd size you should use my spindle and the centering cone. When you are using a tiny spool like on from Taulman just use the spindle without a cone.
