Direct extruder for K8200, E3D V6, 1.75mm, MK8

Made for easy mounting on K8200 with two extruders in mind (just mirror this one).
Vertical position of hotend can be regulated for nozzle leveling when using two extruders.
Must be printed with support.

Update 6.2.2015:
Added small adapter for PTFE tube on the "entrance" to the hotend.
Extruder completed and working flawlesly, You can change complete hotend in a minute, very easy leveling of both nozzles (actualy, i won't be using dual extrusion all the time, i removed second extrusion after testing but it can be in position in 5 minutes. Reason for this is situation where cold nozzle "grabs" hot plastic from heatbed and makes mess)
