Description
An Ornithopter is a radio-controlled flapping robot that really flies.
The legendary "Kinkade Hawk" Ornithopter was created by the late Sean Kinkade whom we would always remember him and his dedication and works to the Ornithopter community.
The "Cybird" was a Korean-made ornithopter that looked like a pigeon. As it was 3x cheaper than the "Kinkade" series, it sold like hot potatoes from 2007 to 2008.
As the cybird was no longer being produced by 2009, it is impossible get replacement parts. I created this replica of the bird's arm that breaks easily when the bird is crashed or landed with its wings still flapping. Thanks to 3d-printing technology, you can now print as many replacement arms as you need for your cybird [ if you still have one lying around :) ].
If you have never heard of Cybrid or Kinkade, watch this video to see how a Cybird flies. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DtmlbahoHHA
