Zeb'210 FPV Racer Quadcopter - custom frame.
Presentation:
- Inspired by Sigan's quadcopters design, but whole new design.
- Designed for the list of parts here below.
- All electronic parts are attached on the body (spacer) of the frame with specific mounts ; some adjustments might be necessary if you want to use different electronic parts.
- The body and the two holders are intended to be printed in SLS nylon.
- The three plates are intended to be cut from CFRP (3k carbon fiber sheet) 1.5mm thick sheets.
Specifications:
- External dimensions are 217.5 x175.5 x46.5mm, with 213.3mm motor to motor, for 5" propellers.
- The body is 15mm high (12mm inside space), and its external wall is 3mm thick.
- The motors guards are 4mm thick, the motors mounts are tilted 12° forward and are 4mm thick.
- The FPV camera is tilted 13° upward, and the camera lens guard is 2.5mm thick.
- The Rx antennas are tilted 25° on each sides of the camera lens guard, which leaves 35mm clearance across the width for an external camera (Mobius for instance) on the top.
- Accept battery up to 108mm long and 37mm wide, with suitable battery holder.
- The battery holder is fixed on the middle plate using five oblong lugs.
- The Mobius holder is fixed on top of the top plate, it protects the lens with a 2.5mm guard.
- VTx channel setting is reachable from underneath with the frame closed.
- USB ports from FC and OSD are both reachable from the left side with the frame closed.
- FC's alarm buzzer mount leads the sound directly outside from the right side.
- Three serial LEDs controlled by the FC are integrated in each arm for higher visibility.
