Description
This is a box for a gsm remote relay to control a electric socket via SMS.
Don't mess about with high voltage if you don't know what you are doing.
It is very dangerous, you could get electrocuted or start a fire!
I find it difficult to print this in ABS as it warps. I used PLA in 0.45mm layers and a 0.5mm nozzel.
Use M3 nuts and bolts to assemble and a M6 eye bolt and lock nuts for a hook.
Use a 20x20x2mm plexiglass piece as window to see the status leds, or print a blind if you don't need it. Leaving it open may cause small animals and bugs to nest inside the box and cause fires.
Use a spring loaded M3 bolt, capped with a M3 nylon spacer, to manually change switch status.
Fix the controller to the inside of the lid. The pdf shows the lid outside down for easier printing.
Drill holes for the cables to the sockets as needed.
A 10A fuse to protect the relay is probably a good idea. Hole for a panel mounted glass fuse can be drilled beside the M6 hook on top.
